This cover’s ability to resist abrasion has been tested to handle 45,000 cycles. 15,000 cycles or more is suitable for furniture used every day at home. Over 30,000 cycles means a good ability to resist abrasion.The cover has a lightfastness level of 5 (the ability to resist color fading) on a scale of 1 to 8. According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use. -

Review: This is the 2nd Stocksund chair I have purchased. They are awesome as an accent chair in my office and now my bedroom. Comfortable, stylish, easy to assemble. I returned the gray chair-cover and exchanged it for the dark green (great color) because the gray was much darker than shown online.

Review: IKEA has started bringing in higher quality items a couple years ago. I used to regard the products as cheap particle board college student furniture. But that has changed. You can still find plenty of affordable items but many nice, high quality products now. You do pay more but the value is their. Probably even more so. These chairs are a great example. So glad I bought these. Everyone comments on how comfortable they are. The review though is about the replacement cushion fabric. I accidentally bumped the top of a bleach spray bottle and shot bleach all over one of the chairs. Really bad! I was able to go get the exact replacement fabric for the entire chair, arm sleeves and both cushions. All sold together for $109! Easy to take old off and switch out. Thank you so much for carrying replacement fabrics! You have earned a customer long term.

Review: We recently purchased two of these chairs. I first saw the chair on the lower level (not in the furniture department) and it caught my eye. I sat on it and immediately noticed how roomy and comfortable it was. I like to prop my knees and legs up on the chair and I was impressed with the deep seat. Putting them together took about 15 minutes each with two of us working together. It was actually quite fun to put them together. They look a lot more expensive than they were and look amazing in our 'library' room. Everyone in my family uses these chairs. We actually fight over them.
