The tabletop has pre-drilled holes to make it easier to attach to the underframe.
Board-on-frame is a strong and lightweight material with a frame in wood, particleboard or fiberboard and a recycled paper filling. It requires less raw materials and is easy to transport, which reduces the environmental impact.

Good to know
This table top is suitable to use with legs, trestles, and storage units from our table bar range. It´s not suitable to use with underframes from our office range (like BEKANT, TROTTEN or IDÅSEN).

Review: The item I received was basically a defective one, too many problems I don't even know where to start. Two of the four corners came with damaged surface which were too big to go unnoticed. One side probably had water leakage or something that caused a damaged surface about 6 inches long. Many scratches here and there all over the table. I can't imagine how such defective product passed the quality control from Ikea.......
