KUNGSBACKA is a modern kitchen door with a 45 degree chamfer at the top and bottom which enhances the horizontal lines in your kitchen.
The kitchen door is made of recycled wood dressed in a foil of recycled plastic to reduce the waste of resources and give new life to the plastic.
You can choose to mount the door on the right or left side.

Complete with UTRUSTA 110° hinge with built-in damper for kitchen, 2-pack, sold separately.
To be used with 2 hinges.
May be completed with KUNGSBACKA cover panels, plinths and decorative strips in anthracite.

The particleboard and foil are made from recycled wood and recycled plastic.
Extra love and care may be needed to remove smudges and fingerprints from the beautiful matte surface.

CareWipe dry with a clean cloth.
Wipe clean with a water dampened soft cloth and a mild non-abrasive dish detergent or soap, if necessary.

Sustainability & environment
By using sawmill leftovers and scrap wood in the particle board in this product, we make use of whole trees and not only the trunks. That way, we take better care of resources.
By using recycled plastic in this product, we consume less new raw materials and lower our environmental impact while existing materials get new life.

Review: When I started kitchen, went with black doors that had wood grain. Chose them cuz thought Kungsbacka was to much like a blackboard. Had to switch to Kungsbacka cuz original discontinued. Now wish I had done all doors in Kungsbacka. LOVE IT!

Review title: Beautiful & Sustainable, but need black frames

Review: I LOVE my Kungsbacka kitchen. I never intended to have a black kitchen but moved into a house that called for this. It looks incredible and I get so many compliments. The unfortunate problem is that the doors and drawers are just a little bit smaller than the frames which they need to be to make them work so you see a glimpse - or more - of white which makes them look cheap. IKEA has so many dark door options now that they really need to come up with some kind of dark frame to alleviate this problem. In my last kitchen I had Boban cream doors so I did not notice the gaps. The store has so much versatility in that I can go modern or you can warm it up with cream counters and oil rubbed bronze hardware, or go cold modern with all black.

Review: Loved the cabinet fronts but it was hard to keep the matte black clean with a toddler. We moved but living with the cabinets for 9 months I would not purchase again, dark showed all my dog hair and toddler thought they were her chalkboard.

Review: I debated on my rating. If I didn't love the look so much I would have given 2 stars. On looks alone 5 stars. I've had to train myself to open AND close these with the handles. Any time you touch the cabinet fronts it leaves a fingerprint. The kitchen looks amazing and Traemand did an incredible job. Two year anniversary of the install and they're holding up well.

Review: I absolutely love the color and finish of these fronts. But the matte finish makes it difficult to keep looking clean. I do have 3 young kids, so would definitely be easier to maintain in a kid-free home.
