Review: I'm quite short and often my feet don't fully touch the floor when I am sitting, so I always used to sit on my legs on the couch or armchair. This footrest allows me to sit more properly which helps with my circulation and back pain. I love the textured fabric, which keeps both my feet from sliding along its surface and it from sliding along the floor while I am using it. Because it is a slipcover over a plastic(?) form, it is easy to take the cover off and wash it to keep it from getting dirty from having my feet on it all the time. It is also light and not super bulky, so I can slide it under the couch or under the coffee table if I want it out of the way. I have not attempted to use it as a backrest or pillow.
